We were frustrated by the availability of a validated, “known-good” list of investors that are either exclusively or majority pre-seed.
This is our best shot on goal there to help folks who are in the market for this sort of investment.
Obviously these things are muddy, but typically the “bar” for pre-seed is either inception-stage (no product, no revenue) or just-post-inception (some product, some revenue) and target an initial financing of $1m - $2m.
